MINI PLEAT HEPA FILTERS

MICROFINE offers specially designed Minipleat HEPA Filters which handle large volumes of Air at a low pressure drop.  The Minipleat HEPA Filters have a extended filtration area than conventional deep pleat filters with a very high efficiency.  Normally used for critical application areas like Air Intake for Gas Turbines, Compressed Air Filtration.

Suitable for turbulent flows Mini-Pleat box type filters as an alternative design to aluminium separator style filters for increased air flow & lower pressure drops. Finely pleated, water repellent micro glass fiber media & thermosetting bead separators. Two part urethane sealant Wood and Metal constructions Efficiencies: 95%, 98%, 99.99% / 99.999% on 0.3 micron particles.

 

Water repellent microfine glass fiber paper media. Media packs arranged in a perfect V-Shape offering lowest pressure drop. Two part urethane sealant Wood and Metal constructions with or without header frame. Efficiencies: 99.97%, 99.99% & 99.999% down to 0.3 micron particles.

 

Mini-pleat panel filters designed for use in laminar flow clean rooms & clean workbenches. Finely pleated, water repellent micro glass fiber media & thermosetting bead separators. Two part urethane sealant Wood and Metal constructions Available in efficiencies 95% / 98% / 99.97% / 99.99% / 99.999% on 0.3 micron & 99.9995% @ 0.12 micron particles (H10 to U15)
